School bag

To whom it may concern,

I purchased a school bag on May 26, 2024, at General Store. After only six days of use, both zippers broke. When I returned to the store, I was informed that the manager was not available and that they could not assist me at that time. They requested that I come back today. I called the store just now to follow up on what the manager had said, and I was told that they still would not help me.

I am not asking for a refund, just a replacement bag. Life is expensive, and no one can afford to waste money.
