Manager bad service

There is a new store named The General Store in Princess Crossing. This looks like the Chinese owned store though there are South Africans working there. I went to buy ladies bags there and the price tag was R104. When I went to pay at the till the cashier told me that it is R149. I took her to show the price tag and when she saw it she then removed the tag and indicated that it is not their price. They then called their manager who also told me that their price is R149 and he doesn't really care what price I saw. This really irritated me and I requested to have the manager's detail so that I can lay a formal complaint. Suddenly no one working at the shop knew the name of the manager and the alleged manager indicated that he does not know his name. My real complaint is that how can a store be run by someone who is afraid to share who he is and who should be accountable for wrong pricing of goods at the store. I find this unacceptable and not sure why should such stores be allowed to trade.
