Good customer service from employee's but bad interaction with owners and disappointed in the way they treat their staff

New original general store that opened on the 28th on June 2022 in Randburg Malanshof centre is a good thing for the community,but I was browsing and received assistance from an employee there,a young coloured guy,I have to say that I have not felt respected so much for being a customer,yet the store owners have no idea about any of their products.the owners verbally insults their employees constantly infront of the customers.there are two little girls at the shop aswell and it's very uncomfortable to browse the store with somebody closely following you especially during loadshedding.in my own shopping experience at this store I am not satisfied.
