Bad Customer Service

I went to the PE store in the week before Black Friday to buy a vase to test a setting and then by 6 more over the weekend when they run a 30% discount. I took the display one as they could not find stock but system showed 35 in stock. I went back there on Sunday and floor staff tried to help me find stock but they could not find the stock. They then went to the counter to get someone to check stock on the system, the counter staff refused to check stock on the system. I was very very disappointed at the managing staff by the way i was treated as a client who comes back to buy stock and now they refuse to help me becuase they don't want to go look for the stock although i know for a fact that the stock is in the shop
