Bad business

I bought a gate motor battery from the General store in Princess Crossing. The battery did not work. When I took it back to exchange they tested it with a LED strip(that takes no power at all) and said they cant exchange it as the battery works. The manager, an Afrikaans speaking male was clueless on how a battery works and just insisted that he will not exchange the battery. I will NEVER shop there again and will advise everyone to do the same
