The Gearbox Agents --- A company to stay clear off

Took in my Vehicle to their branch the was in the same premises as @BMW Joburg City, got a quote for gearbox and 50% deposit was paid, 3 weeks later, i got a call saying vehicle was ready for collection and had been tested for the previous 4 days, balance payment was done before collecting and less than 2km's from them, i noticed the same noise the vehicle was making before booking it in with them, drove back and explained and dropped off the car, 3 months later, they finally identified the problem and it was something they didn't quote for initially, told them to go ahead as at this point, i just wanted my car back... i waited another month before i got the car back, drove for a week before the prop-shaft broke or something and went through the sump, they kept the car for another 3 weeks again and finally said its 100%. Drove the car for another 3 weeks before i started hearing the same noises, Notified them and they advised that they will let me know when to bring the vehicle back, Never heard from them again and calls and texts were ignored. I took the vehicle to BMW who advised me to take the car to the gearbox manufacturer who gave me a failure report showing that all the elements that The Gearbox Agents claimed to have replaced were worn, damaged etc.. all this wear and tear supposedly happened within 4000km. The Gearbox Agents claim to do work for the likes of BMW (which makes sense as they rented workshop space from BMW Joburg City), Nissan & Ford .. Let's spread the word so that these guys stop taking people for a ride and so that their bigger clients (dealerships) see the pain and suffering they put their smaller clients though.
