The gearbox Agents

I am not one to name and shame. But due to silence and not wanting to always complain about bad services these guys get away with taking your money and not rendering a servive.

My Dodge Journey has Transmission problems it has been in for the 5th time. First it was fixed by Master Transmission that then changed their name to The Gearbox agents. It went in for electronic problems in the gearbox which they said they replaced the Solonaide pack. I drove it for 3days and it went back with no reverse Got is back drove it for a week and same problem occurred. Needless to say i got it back last Friday for the 5th time.Drove from vereening no problem just to get in my car on Saturday for it to get stuck again SAME PROBLEM. These guys Danie And Rudolf van der westerhuizen (Brothers) do not answer our calls or msges they feel that they do not need to fix the car as it was originally fixed by Master Transmissions same guy that now has gearbox agents. I have not driven my car for a month from last year Aug 2020 it has been IN and OUT their workshop standing 2 -3weeks at a time.The car was not fixed in the first place. The car has the same problem it had the first day it went in to be fixed.

Please be carefull this is a legit company that has no client service. They feel no need to refund us or to fix the car. As it is our problem that their workmanship and parts keeps failing them. Its a week later that my car has come back from them and they make empty promises. I have not received any job cards or Invoices to show us of any work that has been done.

Will not recommend these guys to anybody. They treat me as the client that payed for a services as the one that caused the problem due to the car still not fixed.Now its legal cost to get my money back to get it fixes somewhere else.
