Poor Service and Lack of accountability by The Gas Boys Rustenburg

Highly dissapointed at the service of The Gas Boys Rustenburg After failing to collect and empty gas cylinder n replace it with a full 48kg, They instead disconnected the half full working cylinder n replaced and left an empty cylinder next to it. Upon following up they have been promising to get back to me for the last two weeks. Now I am told that the only way they can help is by giving me discount on my next purchase. They do not want to own up or even acknowledge the mistake they made. They have no regard for their customers and would like to warn everyone that use their services around Rustenburg from such exploitation
