Towing company damaged my vehicle

On the 4th of January 2020 i was travelling from Capetown to Jhb. I got a tyre burst in Kroonstad. I contacted Garrun group as my insurance company for Roadside Assistance. They deployed MACS towing to tow me back to Kroonstad to fit a new tyre. In towing my motorhome the towing company damaged my vehicle. I took pictures of this and also made a note on Macs towing release form. On the 6th of January 2020 i reported the matter to Mr Vasco at Garrun group. I also emailed them 3 times regarding the matter with pictures of evidence. Each time the same response they as busy discussing the matter with Macs towing. In the mean time my vehicle is damaged. I need the issue resolved immediately. Elrick Kara
