Garrun group car insurance is nonsense, I would not advise any company to use it.

Hi, I had a bad experience with garrun group, their client bumped my my car in February, we did an accident report he acknowledged that he was at fault, everything went smooth on our side we had no issues, then he forwarded the claim to garrun group as his insurance and gave me the claim number, I contacted them and they requested all the documents of which I submitted, they even went to the extent of requesting the proof of my car ownership of which I gave them, after that they kept quite and Its almost 3 months now, I am now now taking the company that bumped my car to court
