Weak Response from The Garden Venue – No Accountability

After my initial complaint regarding the disastrous handling of my mother’s 50th birthday event at The Garden Venue (Fever Tree), I was contacted with what can only be described as a generic apology and an offer of a complimentary dinner for 10 people.

Let me be clear: A poorly thought-out dinner voucher does not compensate for the stress, embarrassment, and complete failure of what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. No one from senior management contacted me as promised. I had to follow up myself after a week of silence, only to be met with a templated message that ignored the specifics of my complaint.

There has been no accountability, no personalized engagement, and no effort to make things right in a way that matches the scale of their service failure. I am still demanding a full refund and will continue to escalate this matter to the CGSO and SAACI, as well as share my experience widely to prevent others from going through the same.

A dinner won’t undo the damage, and their dismissive response only adds insult to injury.
