Unforgettable experience at the Garden Venue

We had an unforgettable experience at The Garden Venue for our 25th Wedding Anniversary on December 23, 2024. Blessings, our event coordinator, is an exceptional young lady who supported us from our very first planning meeting. She not only met our expectations but surpassed them. While the heavy rains might have hindered us from fully appreciating the venue's beauty, we considered it a blessing since the weather had been extremely hot just a week prior to our event. Our guests were thoroughly impressed with the décor, food, music, and the bar. Thanks again our fantastic DJ, Obakeng, for accommodating our playlist and adding your delightful songs. The kitchen staff did an outstanding job with the delicious meals, desserts, and impeccable service. Tinashe, the floor manager, and your team were amazing. Cynthia thanks again for your remarkable services, we felt like royalty 😊 My husband and I are planning to return for this incredible experience next year. I would certainly choose The Garden Venue Hotel again for any future events, including corporate ones. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction are outstanding. I would suggest a clearer segregation of duties and handoffs between the Sales, Accounts, and Operations departments. As a client, I only know one venue, The Garden Venue Hotel, and the division of responsibilities should be managed smoothly to avoid any negative impact on clients.
