This place just gets worse and worse

So, remember when someone rep**** to me on her advising that someone from higher level management will contact me and they will change their outcome of my complaint. What a laughable moment because no one has contacted me to date. I will say it again, DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE!!! Not only are they dirty, unhygienic, greedy, and in my personal opinion should be shut down, they don’t take accountability.
