The experience was great

The experience was great. The facilities are top notch. The first person to connect with about the different options for my birthday package was very patient and informative. The viewing of the venue went well and the coordinator explained everything and allowed me to make changes. The actual event went beautifully. The event coordinator and the waitress did an amazing job! Very hospitable! The food was great! The only issue I had is that i took a package that was supposed to come with a speaker and a mic, but was told to fish out extra money on the day for the mic! I asked before confirming the package if the mic would be included and was assured that yes it would. On the actual day, I asked again and was told it would be sorted out, only to be told to pay for the mic. That was terrible.
