The experience could have been enhanced from a conferencing facility perspective on the first day we used the pea**** room but the Aircon did not work, also the backup genie overheated we did not have electricity and had to continue in a hot room without facilities such as the projector. Also the setup in venue was cramped and the conferencing facilities needs to be upgraded like we used a projector with a screen which was old tech. Also lastly the establishment should invest in a cappuccino machine. So definite improvement needed in the conferencing facilities and equipment. Other than the 1st day our 2nd day experience when we used the Zanzibar room that was excellent. Also the staff are very friendly and the food was great and the general overall setting was stunning.
