****med The Garden Venue Boutique Hotel

Good Day, In April I booked our yearly conference @ The Garden Venue Boutique Hotel after we had our 2018 Christmas party there. What a stunning venue. Unfortunately one of their employers ****med us out of nearly R 50 000 and they refused to accept responsibility. We then had to repay the amount, as we had paid a deposit much earlier which we didn't want to lose as well. When we initially checked out the venue from a conferencing point of view, they should us only their best rooms. Much to our surprise we were racing around trying to get some of the rooms and beds sorted out, as they were of sub standard. There is now a pending court case. Please be very careful when you do a booking with these people.
