Sadly an unpleasant experience with staff

Will not recommend the Garden Venue for your memorable bespoke event. The co-ordinator Kevin was really useless in listening to my needs. From being promised the world , this event became very stressful on the day. Where I was not able to do any damage control . After 3 meetings with him , he basically changed my table colours , didn’t relay any of the music to the DJ , there wasn’t enough seating for my guests and a workaround had to take place. Some of my party favour for guests were not added to the tables , the snacks and kiddies meal were all mixed about . The DJ , LIhle , was a nightmare to work with. The DJ they provided wasn’t able to play the music I needed . The operations manager had to come through to bring in another dj mid way to my party. The venue is pretty - just this business is not run well and they won’t compensate you for the exorbitant money paid for service and bar staff and Dj. If you do get a Kevin as an event co-ordination - please be cautious. Sadly such a beautiful venue with badly run staff and management .
