POOR SERVICE

We had our team building on Friday 14th Feb 2020. The venue is stunning, however the service is extremely poor. We asked for our lunch to be served at 12, as some of our team members were flying out shortly after...needless to say lunch was not ready and as a result 19 people had left without eating food which we had paid for. When asked for a refund considering we had paid per person and there was a significant number of people who didn't eat, they refused to spite electronic records advising of our meals times. I don't think the food is even an issue but the principal of client services, especially if the fault is on their part.

No accountability taken for their mistake!
