Horrible Christmas lunch

We had paid almost R400 per person for a Christmas day lunch. Almost none of the items you listed on the menu was served at the venue. The meat was off; i had a few family members end up with runny tummys while we were at the event! You apparently also accepted walk in customers which meant that people that had booked prior; ran short of food. Nevermind dessert, people had to wait for ice cream you decided to serve instead of what was offered on your set menu. The service was horrible and the food was disgusting and inedible to say the least. I personally will make sure I get a refund from you guys for my entire family,for a horrible and disappointing Christmas lunch.
