From the time I inquired if we could host my daughters baby shower we basically received world class service. Simba had a listening ear and answered questions satisfactorily to a point I told him he sound like a desperate salesman 😂😂😂 that is how good he was. The room we chose was oh wow with its own private garden. The final deco setting we agreed on was awesome, the experience lived to and somewhat exceeded our expectation. We felt like royalty. The staff generally friendly, I liked that a lot and listened to us with empathy. If given a chance and have enough dollars I wont hesitate to use the venue again, I was hooked. Thank you Brenda, Brighton and Thembekazi to name the few.
