Excellent Service, thank you Norman

I had such an amazing time at this venue and the staff are really great, especially a young man named Norman. Very attentive, dedicated and motivated... This is the excellent service we need to see more of at other venues. Well done to the entire team, but more especially Norman, he's got a bright future if he keeps up this level of service and professionalism.
