Beautiful Venue, Unprofessional Staff

I booked a venue for a 50th birthday party. However, as life happens and plans have to change, I was unfortunately forced to cancel. I have made payment to block the date. I was explained that The Garden Venue's last resort is a refund, they will advise to use whatever monies paid to be used at any of their other facilities.

I then asked for my money be moved to the spa facility. Almost a month later and the battle is still real.

George Zenda is extremely unprofessional and unempathetic.

A Whatsapp group was created with all the parties involved in working on my event, I requested for Decor examples and to this day, no feedback.
