Bad service

We had booked the Garden venue for a baby shower. The initial meetings and communication were great. This set my expectations that the event will be amazing. The baby shower start time was 11am. Got to the venue at 11:15am, the staff was sweeping and cleaning the glasses. It was not ready. When the canepes came out, the biltong, flat bread and bruschetta were missing. Not all my guests got them. Lunch was served an hour late and my guests were very hungry. There was a guest that only ate fish, and I told my co-ordinator of this. They forgot to bring the fish, had to call her and ask where the fish was. My guest waited an additional 20 minutes for it. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly. Would not recommend. I did let my event co-ordinator know on the day of my disappointment, no one came to me or called me.
