Exceptional Service Delivery – A Flawless Wedding Day!
We are still on cloud nine looking back at our wedding day, and a massive part of that joy is thanks to the incredible team at The Garden Venue Hotel (Moses, Lydia, Mike, Linda and the team). The level of professionalism and dedication we experienced was unmatched. The service delivery was absolutely flawless. The coordination team took all the stress off our shoulders, executing our vision with precision and grace. Every transition was seamless, the catering was fantastic, and the staff went completely above and beyond to ensure both us and our guests were perfectly looked after. Thanks to their hard work, our wedding was a phenomenal, stress-free success. I’m pleased to say King David the tech guy (DJ), Lydia & The elephant team have done outstanding work , everything was in place their service was top tier. Even to mention the food & drinks , the bar guys Mpho & mthokozisi. Thank you

Wedding venue
The worst terrible place to book...this people will sell u lies,they sold us lies n we paid only to find out that everything they promised was lies...I asked for refund they dragged everything ignored our calls,email etc.me and my husband decided to go court for a letter of demand,we got the letter of demand and went there with cops so that they can sign n they didn't want to until I told them that im going to Xrepo on Moja love.they signed and in few days I got my money back.....their bad service,bad attitude n lies is disgusting,I was not going to rest until I get my money.

Garden Venue Hotel – Private Function Review I hosted my 60th birthday celebration at the Garden Venue Hotel on 24 January for a small private group. The venue itself is attractive, which influenced my decision to book. Ronety, who assisted with décor selections, was friendly and took the time to show me the available options, which I appreciated. However, the overall execution of the event did not fully meet expectations. There were a number of challenges relating to communication, coordination, and attention to detail during both the planning phase and the day of the function. For milestone occasions, stronger on-the-day management and closer attention to detail are essential to ensure a professional and seamless client experience.

Garden Venue Hotel – Private Function Review I hosted my 60th birthday celebration at the Garden Venue Hotel on 24 January for a small private group. We entered into a contractual agreement with a the venue for a company event, which included confirmed accommodation as a material term of the booking. When it became clear that the agreed accommodation had not been secured, We formally cancelled the booking due to non-performance. Despite this, and despite MONTHS of follow-ups via email and telephone, our deposit has not yet been refunded, even though the supplier has since confirmed a refund and payment schedule in writing. The lack of timely response and failure to honour confirmed commitments required unnecessary escalation and caused avoidable disruption.

Worst Service for our Year End Function
•Delay in food service and lack of staff attentiveness •Welcome drinks were not ready upon arrival, and the drinks menu was communicated before of which inconvenienced our guests who could not drink •We paid for the DJ & PA system, the DJ did not show up and there was no set up, no manager came to explain what the cause of the DJ was being late and not showing up ( We had to use a Bluetooth speaker to entertain our guests with our CELLPHONES) •We opted for the rose garden venue for our year end party but due to the weather the venue moved us to the Zanzibar and again no effort was made to get the set up done proper •Overall, we had a bad experience at the venue and it not worth the money we paid for
