Very Disappointed – No Response, No Support

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through all available channels – phone, email, and WhatsApp – and have received no response. The phone number provided doesn’t work, emails go unanswered, and my WhatsApp messages are being completely ignored.

It’s frustrating and unacceptable to be left in the dark like this, especially when you're trying to resolve an issue or get basic information. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and responsiveness. I won’t be using this service again and cannot recommend it to others.
