Charged for new parts which weren't fitted

I took my car in to have a shudder on take-off fixed. Was also told by Salih I need new lower control arm bushes at cost of R3800. Total cost was R5117. Upon collecting my car, the fault remained. The car steered to the left, & was in a worse condition. Took my car back, was told by Tashreeq I need a new gearbox, they can recondition it for R15000. Was also told they'll give me free services if I let them fix the gearbox. I told him I don't trust their service since the fault (shudder) was supposedly fixed the first time. He said Salih told him I didn't mention it, and it's a new fault. I then took it to another mechanic, who recommended I go to the Honda dealership. Both he and the Honda technician told me there was no need to replace the bushes, and the parts weren't new. They were shocked I was told I need a new gearbox. All I needed was a CVT oil flush. It was fixed at Honda, and the car is now fine. When I called The Garage to inform them, and to request a refund for their *****, they said both mechanics were lying, insisted the parts were new, and said 'when my gearbox packs in, I'd know.'
