Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service Experience

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at The Garage Glenvista. The overall experience was truly regrettable. When I collected my car, it was not properly cleaned, and parts of the interior were still left open. My service book was not stamped, even though I had left it with them specifically for that purpose .I had to request it to be done. What was most disappointing was the lack of professionalism. No one assisted me in inspecting the vehicle upon collection, and the car was simply left parked in the middle of the road instead of in a proper parking spot. The service felt unfriendly and careless throughout. It’s unfortunate because they have the potential to provide much better service, but in this instance, they simply did not meet even basic expectations.
