Followup to inital review in May

6 Sept update: The owners requested my number on this review, why would they do this when they already have my details? Since the review below In May, I eventually received the delivery of the double door, however they were not able to install it after several false commitments - again I requested they refund the deposit for the single door, and the installation fee and motor cost. I got another contractor to install it within a day!!! I have been waiting for this refund for the last three months. I have got small amounts paid over to me randomly, after begging and pleading, but still have half of the refund due, the last payment for a meager R500. I have also been threatened that if I do not remove this review I will not receive the refund - I stated this might be removed once I receive the full refund. I have spoken to more than a dozen contractors on the Dolphin coast and all of them concur that this is the modus operandi of these people. Everyone of them are surprised I actually managed to get my product and some sort of refund. I tried contacting Marc via phone call and Martie picked up, sent whatsapps and emails but have not received any response from Mark on this issue, I can only assume Martie intercepted these communications. I do love to see the "rave reviews" on this page - I can only assume these are **** accounts created, by the amount of reviews and when the profiles were created, by the company themselves - hopefully I am wrong
