Awesome service from ETHAN!

I went to The Garage in Hobart yesterday because my car's charging port/that cigarette lighter thing was no longer working. The service I received from ETHAN was amazing. Not only did he fix the problem, he also went an extra mile to explain what happened in simple terms cos I wouldn't have understood him otherwise.
