Bad service with The Gaming Lobby

The customer service is pathetic. I was checking for games for PS4 and asked them about method of payment and they said they can deliver and today I was checking for PS3 and PS2 games as well. I was checking for games so that I can budget for delivery costs as well before I paid but I was told that I'm wasting their time and clearly I don't know how to treat a retailer. The customer is "King" policy doesn't exist with them.
