Worst service I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the continued lack of resolution regarding my order and the refund you promised. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this—most recently when I called your office and spoke to one of your staff—I have been given nothing but false assurances.

When I was first told the refund would take 48 hours, I trusted your company. Now, two weeks later, I’m still waiting, and no money has been refunded to my account.
