UNCONTACTABLE AND NO DELIVERY!

Placed and paid for an order on 4 April 2024. Received confirmation of order via email. Been phoning, emailing since then to find out when order will be processed, nothing! There phones go unanswered. Emails are not responded to and they do not respond on live chat. Matter reported to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud as this is unacceptable and after reading the other reviews, appears to be the only way to get assistance and receive the goods paid for.
