THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER BECAREFUL OF GADGET SHOP SA

I recently purchased a 35-liter water boiler online from Gadget Shop SA (Order #52503, placed on October 28, 2024). Despite having paid in full, I have yet to receive any updates about my order. I’ve sent multiple emails to inquire about the delivery, and I've called numerous times, but each time the phone just rings without any response.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, as there seems to be no effort from the store to communicate or provide support. I would caution others against using Gadget Shop SA online platform, as it seems they don’t prioritize customer service.
