The Gadget Shop SA - Extremely unprofessional - Bad Service

I ordered a washing machine on 30 October 2024, I tried calling numerous times, when i eventually got through I was told my order will be delivered the next day, no delivery. Spoke to Claudine on the chat box on their website on a different occasion and was told my order will be delivered by 4pm on that day. No delivery. I requested a refund and still waiting for communication and my refund. @thegadgetshopsa is extremely unprofessional. It is highly frustrating having to beg them to communicate and receive service.
