I purchased a router on their online website and made an electronic payment. After a week I had not received my order. There are no responses when you mail them and no one can be reached by telephone. Finally after numerous calls and mails, i cancelled the order and was promised a refund. I am still waiting for my refund however and doubt that I will receive any money back. A number other customers have also shared the same experiences
