Problem Site

I would caution anybody attempting to transact with this company based in Sandton, Gauteng province.

On the 2024-12-04 I purchased a Lithium battery charger from this seller at a slight discount from what other outlets were advertising. Payment was via EFT (the only payment method offered) and confirmation of my purchase was made the following day.

Receiving no further feedback on the status of my order I attempted to contact the seller via voice call, email and website. No one answers their contact number and there has been no response to my emails or online queries.

There was no indication that the seller was anything but genuine - i.e. no excessively discounted prices, poorly designed webpage, etc.

Attempting to retrieve funds after paying via EFT becomes a real mission so my New Years resolution is not to deal with any company (however attractive their pricing may be) that does not offer alternative payments options - unless I have previously and successfully interacted with the business.
