Paid in full for my Order Six Months ago (26 of June 2024)and no Communication from the Company till o Date

Good day Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention the conduct of this on-line business Name: The Gadget Shop SA as I have placed an order with them on the 26th of June 2024 (On-line) and the order number is 42201. I only spoke once with the support person and claimed that they have no stock and will have may phones delivered in 3 weeks time (1st week of August 2024) and that was the last time I ever had from them (please note I was the one who called them). I tried calling several times (+***4 and https://thegadgetshopsa.co.za/) and now I have realised that I am ****med by this overnight business as it is more than 6 months without any communication from them. I have also sent numerous emails to them without any feedback at all. Your assistance in this regard is to be the voice of the voice less as this company is still operating as we speak.

Please Note: I am not giving them a STAR rating at all.
