Order still not delivered after 21 days!!

I placed an order (20854) on 2 JANUARY 2024 for internet security and paid full but to date the order wasn't delivered. To try and phone them is totally impossible and therefor I sent an email to *** on 16 January to find out what the hold up is. They rep**** and informed me that the order is SCHEDULED for delivery on 19 JANUARY 2024. As expected NOTHING was delivered on Friday 19 January. Once again I tried to phoned them but once again - without any success. Any person who intend ordering from THE GADGET SHOP in SANDTON - please take my advice and rather go without that item than ordering it from the Gadget Shop.
