Order

I ordered and paid for my order on the 19th of November, two weeks later no delivery. I then requested for a refund they asked for my bank details but no refund was processed. The online chat nolonger respond to my messages, they cut the phone when they hear my voice. I have no choice but report them to banks ***** unit and SAPS.
