No delivery on items paid for and no way to make contact

Ordered and paid for goods in April 2024 and to date, no items received, no response to queries. Their phone number does not work and they do not respond on the "live chat" or to emails. There is no way to get hold of them at all. It is evident that many people are experiencing the same and this website needs to be shutdown to avoid more people losing their money!
