Goods service

Reading the reviews for this company made me sceptical as the reviews that are online are not very good.

So I decided to test it for myself. Last week I ordered some items from their website.

The next day I received a call from their website administrator to say that one of the items that I ordered was not in stock and showed as available due to a website malfunction. They offered to replace the item on my order, and seeing as this was only a test run there were already something I had in mind.

They did a next day delivery and by 8am the next morning I had my package. I have to add that I am based in the Cape Town area, the shop is in Gauteng.

For response and friendliness I give 5/5. For stock availability I have to give a 2.5 as there are loads of listing on the website but not much in stock.

I would recommend giving them a call before placing an order to check availability.
