Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

I purchased a washing machine on October 15th and have had nothing but trouble since. Initially, I tried to contact the store through various channels, but my attempts were met with silence; phone calls went unanswered, and my messages went unacknowledged.

After several attempts, I finally got a response from Claudine via the website chat, who assured me that my delivery would occur on October 25th. Unfortunately, that date came and went without any delivery. I reached out again through multiple channels and received another response on October 30th, informing me that the delivery would be rescheduled for October 31st by 17:00. Yet again, that delivery did not happen.

Since then, I have been completely ghosted. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a store that is untruthful and unreliable. I strongly advise against buying from this store. Be cautious!
