Extremely bad service or ***** ?

Avoid this online shop by all means. I should have checked here first before placing an order for a TV. After doing the EFT , no feedback , no response on the online chat, no reply to emails and no answer on the helpline. Have been trying to contact them since the 9th of Jan. I see that other people have the same complaint.
