Bad service

I am so ****ed off,the customer service is poor no communication at all. I placed an order on the 5th of November 2024 till this day I haven't recieved my parcel nor my refund. My order no was 52525 they send me from Piller to post I tried calling their landline it rings no-one picks up I sent emails no response I went as far as contacting the pargo company they said their relationship with the gadget ended last month because the customers where complaining. Please help me get my refund
