Worst service ever!!

I've ordered couches by the furn shop in goodwood. Last week wednesday 25th of March I got told it would be delivered to me on Monday 30 March it never happend then I got promised it will be deliverd Tuesday at 12 nothing happend. Claudia told me to take her word and give her one last chance to deliver. Got promised it will be today at 12 and guess what still no couches. I'm not getting any response from her send numerous emails. Still nothing.I'm very very dissapointed and unfortunely have to take this further.
