Very disappointed. Rather pay more for better service

Riana is the owner of JCPS and wow have I had the worst experience with her professionalism and manner of speaking. She does not respond or go out of her way to assist her clients. She shouted at my friend on her wedding day due to lack of communication on Riana's side. Planning my own wedding with Riana is a nightmare. She is rude, communicates barely with helpful information and does not have a clue what is on her floor or how much stock she has of anything in her care. So sad that this amazing company is in such bad hands.
