I had the worst experience with this company. I paid my package in full by December of 2020 for an event which was scheduled for the 13th of March. Long story short, on the day of the event they were still asking me for details, despite me sending an email with the specs. I then expressed my unhappiness with the fact that it was not possible to call them, seeing as though the English they were writing also wasn't making any sense. They called screaming telling me if I'm unhappy with their communication then they don't want to work with me. They literally canceled on me afternoon of Friday the 12th and my 30th birthday celebration was the following day.

Upon trying to express my disappointment again on social media, the owner told me she doesn't care, she has customers that love and support her. No business etiquette whatsoever.

DO NOT waste your money and time on them.
