Useless staff

Dear fun company,

Your staff is utterly useless when it comes to customer service @ The Grove mall. My wallet was ****** in your premises on Saturday the 2nd of Dec 2017. Your incompenent manager had lack in the case and told me that I needed to wait an hour to an hour and a half to have someone assist me with the cctv footage as there is only one person that can assist with that and, he is busy cashing people up?! Why is she then a manager?? What are you paying her for?? To tell your customers in a rude tone 'so what must we do now' and that they need to wait.. communication is clearly not her strong point and I had to keep on asking how long the cashing up will take. The Grove Malls service managment center are clearly well trained on the matter above as the service from them was tops. I know that theft is common in an arcade but really, staff that cannot and most clearly have no intresst in assisting your clients is a problem!! I will not be recommending the the fun company to any of person looking for a fun past time.
