Terrible Booking Service

I wanted to host my 28th Birthday at The Fun Company In Menlyn Shopping Centre. I contacted the branch a month in advance to find out prices, the menu, drinks etc. We were to be a group of about 20 or so, so i requested that 2 lanes for the bowling be booked for 7 pm and a table for 20 booked at the restaurant for 8 pm or so. I was told everything was in order and booked. I even called on the Friday before the party was to take place to triple check. Upon arrival at the Fun Company, NOTHING had been booked! we had to put our own tables together and had to wait an hour for 2 lanes at the bowling to open up! I do not blame the managers at Menlyn as they were very helpful but the booking forum i had to go through. If you just want to play games, it is a great venue. If you expect anymore more- don't.
