Rotten Customer Service

The staff of The Fun Company in Polokwane Mall of the north dont know what Customer Service is. I was yelled at for stepping on a wet floor without noticing..it was before closing,at 20H40 on a Sunday while they close at 22H00, my kids and i were yelled at when i asked if they are closing already cos they didnt want us to play other games ii dont understand how do they mop the floors when customers are busy playing games and why we are restricted.it would have been better being restricted with a smile than with a stinking attitude.they were doing everything on slow motion,as wel as taking time just to load a card so that they can keep the clock ticking for closing time the service is so poor it shows they dont have the best interest of the business.i hope the management of the fun company polokwane would do something about their staff and the attitude soon before it runs out of customers. I am definatly never setting my foot there ever again.
